  1. Bathroom Toiletries – Body and facial soap, shampoo, lotion, towels(hand, face and bath towels and (3)minimum set per 1 weekly guest), shower rug, razor, hair dryer and bacterial hand soap,.
  2. Kitchen Supplies – Set of 6 dinner plates, disposable chopsticks, cereal bowls, cups, utensils, cutleries, decent knife, peeler, can opener, cutting board, pizza cutter, rolling pin, cooking counter space, cabinetries, dishwasher and dish pads, (2) new rags and soap (decent plate rack if dishwasher not present) pans (2 sizes -small and family size frying and soup pan).
  3. Appliances – (2) 43″ and up equipped with HDMI, cable tv not required, Wi-Fi and movie streaming a must. (1) Smart TV for Efficiency Homes, iron and board, full refrigerator, private washer and dryer (Must have a laundry pickup service as alternative if not available onsite)
  4. Cleaning Supplies – Entry rag, broom or vacuum, dustpan, (4) garbage bags and (2) cans (small for the bathroom and big can a must for the kitchen).
  5. 24/7 emergency line (A/C fail and heating issue is an emergency).
  6. Virtual appointments are assigned to rental managers a month after becoming BESTTEN property approved. A missed virtual appointment will be assessed a $50 non-compliance due . If you are in our waiting list and was notified of an opening, please have all four items ready and you will get a call from us shortly.
